Dance-Art 2011 Tickets ON SALE NOW!

There will be one performance at 2.30pm on Sunday 13th November at Swavesey Village College
(New Hall Performance Centre. Gibraltar Lane, Swavesey, Cambs, CB24 4RS).
Tickets priced at £7.50 each and can be booked online via the SVC Box Office

Please ensure all the following information is read before purchasing tickets.

- The show is made up of approximately 30 dances, with each class performing one dance lasting about 2 to 4 minutes.
- A chaperone is required for children under 16 years at all times whilst not in the section of performance, this must be arranged by parents and must be at least 1chaperone per 12 children, confirmed in writing to Helene by Saturday 12th November.
- If you purchase a ticket for your child ensure you have checked the program and understand entry and exit to the Auditorium will only be allowed during curtain breaks so a chaperone will still be required. Please refer to running order displayed at classes.

The Theatre also has strict rules which I have been asked to pass on to you. If these are not adhered to the show could be stopped and patrons removed.
- All seating will be numbered as per seating plan, please note we are adding extra rows of the floor level seating.
- Pushchairs are not allowed in the Auditorium.
- It is not permitted for children to sit on Parents or carers laps during the performance.
- Any pupils wishing to watch the performance must have a ticket.
- In case of lost or stolen tickets duplicates cannot be issued.
- Private video recorders and still cameras may not be used during any performance.
